I had a great experience with Joby at Checkpoint Property Inspections! He was personable, prompt, and extremely knowledgeable. Joby was able to unveil issues and provide solutions for them as well, while articulating in such a way that wasn’t overwhelming to a first-time home buyer. He was communicative after the inspection and went out of his way to make sure I knew I could call him with any questions or concerns. 10/10 would recommend and use again!

Excellent experience with Joby, definitely recommend hiring him for your home inspection. He was prompt, professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He took his time to explain everything he was inspecting to ensure we understood and he answered all of our questions and concerns. He has a great way of explaining all he sees to the homebuyer and making sure they understand everything he’s showing them.
